Thanks to Pedro's Roland-SC-88.rgd file, I finally understood how to define
percussion key mapping with several banks/programs.
Here is the new Roland EM20 .rgd file, with percussion key maps, which works
fine with RG4-1.2.3rc3.

octaves down, which gives to the tenor singer a lower range than the bass
clef used by the bass singer.

Nevertheless the most troublesome problems are now fixed and I think to commit
it "as is" now is better than with some other bugs removed but three or four
months later : so it's done.

I'm on the point of committing some stuff to display inconsistencies in
overlapping segments.
But some translations are in it.
May I do this commit now or should I remove the translations first until the
next release after Thorn ?

Percussion matrix editor shows key mapping with the default General Midi bank.
When I import some other bank, the percussion matrix editor only shows the
piano keyboard (with an offset of almost 2 octaves between the note inserted
and the note shown on the piano keyboard).

I just found a crash easy to repeat:
1- Open the manage triggerred segments dialog
Segments->Manage Triggered Segments
2- Close the dialog using the close button (no crash when using [X])
3- Draw a segment : Boom
I have no time to investigate now. Maybe this afternoon...
