Yep, they do. They merely adjust the base fuel pressure. All of the regulators are intake manifold pressure referenced. The turbo rises at a standard rate of 1psi of intake manifold pressure to psi of fuel pressure. This is ensure that there is 55psi of fuel pressure in the intake as the boost

Pop the C-clips off and pull the pivot arms off. You'll probably need to pull the airbox out to get to them. I used a standard 3/8 drill bit in a drill press. Worked great, just make sure you don't over heat the material or the drill bit (use a stepped drill bit or step up in sizes of drill bits
