Nope, you can find one from a car that's been parted out or have yours
recored at a radiator shop. It's the same deal for all the T2/T4 cars,
there aren't any new replacement radiators, just custom ordered cores
costing about $250-300 when its all done.

The aluminum alloy reacts with AIR, not light. Depending on the alloy
used, the oxidation may be different. Obviously when Chrysler went to
the later style one-piece seal valve covers they changed the molds and
perhaps the alloy of aluminum used. They obviously changed the coating

BTW, If the computer sees the throttle at WOT when cranking it will kill
the injectors, so no starty... If there isn't a signal from the throttle
position sensor it will be hard to start, but it should eventually start
but show a code and go into limp-in and determine throttle position via
the MAP

I'd rather use some new even lower springs from FWD Performance or
better yet, some Koni's with adjustable spring perches and 250-300lb

Yep, it should. Though you'd need to swap the wastegate actuator out as
well as replace the gasket for the compressor housing. Both easily
obtained from a Garret turbo dealer.

Other than the cross drills for the cooling passages (when combined with
block cross drills, they can drop deck temps by almost 100 degrees)
Past that it's a standard 86 or later turbo cylinder head. After 88
they received the roller cam and followers, but that's interchangeable.

Yep, they do. They merely adjust the base fuel pressure. All of the
regulators are intake manifold pressure referenced. The turbo rises at
a standard rate of 1psi of intake manifold pressure to psi of fuel
pressure. This is ensure that there is 55psi of fuel pressure in the
intake as the boost

to pull the airbox out to get to them.
I used a standard 3/8 drill bit in a drill press. Worked great, just

Checked your trouble codes? How old is your O2 sensor? Have you
replaced all of your vacuum lines yet? Have you checked them for
holding vacuum? There may still be a leak in one of the old plastic
lines or one of the junctions/check valves. How are your tune up parts?

length and rate you want. They all use 2.25" or 2.5" diameter springs.
To be honest I don't know what they do for the conversion as I've not

Yep and Quaiffe diffs aren't cheap. Considering how few of us run them
in our FWD cars, it speaks volumes to where the money isn't (there are
