Julie & Critters, If a fuse is indeed the problem you may still be able to measure current on the higher range. The Fluke DMM's that I own have two separate ranges and each is protected by a separate fuse. The .630 mA fuse for the lowest scale and a 10 A fuse for the higher current scale.

I have done the rectal insufflation as well, and gotten normal liver function after approx. 100 treatments or more I am now on day 14 of IV o3, 50cc; 21 days in the series, then get tested. I will be posting the results. If I don't get the desired results in 21 days, I'll do several more
