Hi Sandee,
I have purchased a container of MSM meant for horses (99% pure) and tried
taking 1/4 tsp.a couple of times but every time I take it I get awful stomach
cramps. Does this happen for you too? I wonder what I'm doing wrong - do you
take it with food? I'm hesitant to try taking it again
Smitty,
I know you don't get the same benefit from cayenne capsules, which is a
shame. I made some cayenne tincture several years ago but could'nt get it
down for a million dollars. But its nice to have it on hand if anyone in
the house has a heart attack as it can be a lifesaver.

I spent 33 summers here until 4 years ago when we bought a motor home and now
spend all summer hanging out in Western N..C. where it is just lovely. I hate

Are you in Mexico, or another third-world country? I know unless you have $$

Read how Dr. Christopher changed his life & health by using
cayenne pepper. I'm presently drinking a glass of water 2X day
with a teaspoon of cayenne.

Sol,
We do not use any type of soda bottles at home, but practically everybody
else does at home and everywhere they go, so it is very easy to get them

I use the comfrey leaf, the whole leaf.( It grows wild and I had some in my garden last year) place a layer of castor oil over the affected part, place the comfrey leaf on top and secure with cloths or gauze or whatever. Within 3 days that bone should knit back together. zoe

What is the purpose of the olive oil? If you've already got a gel, I'd
