I wanted to quickly export several months of calls from the CDR to a .csv via
the 'Download' link on the Historic tab of the CDR screen (to run some quick
analysis requested by a user). The file only outputs the first 25,000 records.

only needed to monitor speed dials of others at that location. So a separate
sipXecs install kept all the 'monitoring' traffic on the remote LAN. Now we

I have a situation where I need to allow outside access to the sipxecs
configuration. In order to do this, I need to import the private key into our
ISA server certificates...
Is there a way to get the private key used for web connections out of sipxecs?

I've had repeated trouble with the auto-record function...it seems to just stop
working after a while...this has plagued me from past versions and even thru a
clean install...
It seems like it will work if I go back in and change a few settings - but
