I think what you are describing is a matter of your PC with 3 interfaces. BUT at least two of the interfaces are on the same subnet but with two different gateway/routers. The most likely scenario is that you need to change the PC to the same gateway and the AC to see if it is pingable. Why would

Daniel, This firmware is way out of date for the 1000 MSBG. I'd suggest moving up to 6.4 at a minimum. The 1000 MSBG (i.e., the M1000b) is a bit of a different animal and the configuration plugin is not designed to work with it. You may be able to use the M1000 template to get a bit of a leg up

Managing the gateway by Sipx is optional. Either Sipx can manage it or you can manage it yourself directly. If for some reason sipx configured the web interface off by turning it off in the config file you can verify this by looking at the config file itself (download via sipxconfig). You can edit
