release date and noticing that _the unkind truth..._ wasn't put out until
'90, i wondered what had happened in those four years and where they are

for the new hardship post record. i'm going
to post a song-by-song review, but no hurry
on that, since the album doesn't come out for
another month and a half (may 23).

I dont know if you all have heard about piggy yet. You will. I think
piggy is the most amazing new band in halifax. Last night they played
their best show to date (that I have seen) at the birdland which is
usually such a shitty venue, but the sound was good I think cause that
really cool
state champs were okay, but the man who played his guitar way too loud
is like, a terrorist, or something, because everyone was afraid to
tell him, and i had to put my earplugs in. and also, i didn't know that
pavement was going to be playing during that set.

second stage thing, on some of the Canadian dates on this summer's
