A couple of Guillows rubber powered all balsa Sleek Streak type airplanes

Most fun with any models and all for less than $5!

I have one too and I agree. Its one fun plane to fly. Which motor do you
have on yours? I have the DA 100 on mine. Where do you get your props?
They are a little expensive I must admit.

Well, Louis did say plane not sailplane. The Pegasus will thermal if
you shut the motor down in strong lift. :-)
There is another Pegasus in the Midwest now in the hands of Jim
Frickie. This is the latest build from my shop with a rebuilt 3W 120 up
front. Jim reports torque rolls are a cinch.
I can't believe nobody has brought up the DAW EPP 2M 1-26 yet. By far the
most versatile slope plane I've had. Although not the original plane used
for Pine Tree Pylon Racing at Lake Wilson, it has certainly become the
favorite. It's not uncommon for six or more 1-26s to be tightly packed
I am placing a bulk order with MENZ props from Germany. If any one is

I have to go with my Dodgson Pivot. It flies in any lift. I can ballast it up when it's windy. I canwinch it up when there's no slope. It all goes back into the box at the end of the day.

Interesting that most of the Most Fun Planes have flown on the slope.
You have to have been around for awhile and live in SoCal to remember
the Rubber Ducky. It was a 60 span sloper, rudder elevator, that
thermaled like a champ and was just made for fun. It used the 2r112

I have a plane several years old designed by Wil Byers called the Core One

As an early present, Late Summer Santa brought a Furio and then a
WinchNZ F3B winch. His elves just notified me that my mono order has
arrived as well...and since I have been good I put my name on the list
for a second Furio.
Mrs. Claus would be really pissed if all was known.

I'd say it's a tossup between my Zagi THL (after the last retaping it

The Zagi flies in just about any lift and is slow enough to hand

I have not problem with spending the money on the video. I have a bunch of

This has been a most interesting thread.
I've seen no mention of Pike Superiors or Icons or planes of that ilk.
People fly or flew some planes because they are fun, they fly others
because of the need to win or fly planes that winners fly. Can one presume
that it's not the flying of the plane

I would have to say my Zagi 400 is my favorite simply because its resilience

Ok Bill The most fun plane I've ever flown IS a Pike Superior... and
not just cause it's capable of winning contests, but mostly because it

cool!
