Playlists are intended as just that not as a means of categorising Radio
stations. I doubt the developers ever thought anyone would do this hence
when playing the item it displays the associated artwork of the base
entry.

Its not the router that is doing that its your browser. Been like that

Both iPeng (iOS) and SB Player (Android) have settings for low bandwidth
use where they tell LMS to transcode accordingly. I imagine other apps

Have a read about elevated privileges. In short although your user may
be an Administrator in Windows 10 there is still one higher authority.
When you do run as administrator you are invoking that higher

Remove W7 disk from machine and put safely to one side.
Insert new SSD go to BIOS and make it the bootable disk.
Install W10 on it and install LMS but not configure.
Shut down PC
Add old W7 disk as second non bootable drive.

I thought there was something in server.prefs that you also had to
remove before starting up the new server?
I -think- it was that each server has a unique server ID and using the
existing one was prone to issues.

is still in play as Squeezelite will be connecting to LMS via 127.0,0.1
or the Pis IP address but its unlikely to be causing the stuttering if

Now fire up WinSCP and navigate to a file that you know LMS CAN'T see.
Right click and do Properties. What user and group names do you see?
Post a screenshot.
Move back up the tree one step at a time towards Qmultimedia and repeat

I think you should try putting the files onto the QNAP using WinSCP
instead of Windows then check and change the permissions as necessary,
rescan and see if LMS can find them.
Also try different versions - flc, mp3 etc

Use WinSCP to compare owner

First music file in a folder with embedded art then folder.jpg,
cover.jpg etc
If your embedded file was 300x300 it would use that rather than the

Qobuz also displays track time IF the album or playlist is in your Qobuz
library and you have Online Music Library Integration switched on and

What the above means is you just need to find an image for The Family -
name it artist.jpg and put it in your Artist folder for The Family and
do a rescan and it should be picked up.
This is a one off correction measure and you should not need to set a
folder inside the settings for MAI
In the back of my mind I have a feeling that dropping an artist.jpg into
a regular Artist folder works in the same way as bio.html in the same
folder but Im not certain. It may be a false memory. Ask Michael if Im
right.

This doesn't make sense.
I have a number of pCP/LMS installs that connect to a NAS albeit a QNAP
- they all work perfectly and the mount is always there as long as the
NAS is up when the pCP boots.
Could it be that you have set your NAS to sleep if not required - I
don't know whether that is poss
