Hello Support, I like your project, particularly the email client. I am using the following version: 2.53.3 Linux x64 I am missing the sync option. Your web site: https://www.seamonkey-project.org/doc/sync describes setting up sync, but there is no such menu option on the tools menu. Is there

Is there a way to sync addressbooks between SM & iOS?

I recently got an old, used iPhone 6+ (iOS v12.4.2). I'd love to sync their addressbooks without using Windows' Outlook and online cloud. Is it possible? I'm using my decade old, updated 64-bit W7 HPE SP1 and Debian Jessie v8. Thank for reading and hopefully answering. :) --

to set up your own Sync 1.1 server in 2.49.5. The 1.1 code was removed in later Gecko versions. There is a bug open to fix it and support 1.5 but this needs a Firefox account. Personally I don't think sync 1.5 will ever happen and I would rather restore 1.1 in 2.53 and up versions. Then w

Firefox now uses sync 1.5. The old sync is 1.1 and discontinued. You might be able to set up your own sync 1.1 server but the code has been gutted in the latest versions. Not sure if it still works in 2.49.1 Porting 1.5 probably will never happen or not in the near future. Tightly integrated
