What I did was to install Seamonkey on the new Mac, then launch it and
let it set up (or set up) a Profile in it's own Mozilla folder, then
deleted the contents of that Profile folder.

Always I work with E-Mail, many Browser tabs and 2-3 windows. At about
10-15 Browser tabs in 1 windows with E-Mail the SeaMonkey 2.10 version
is extremly slow (in German I call it "eine lahme Ente").

Been a big fan of Seamonkey browser.. But here is the issue: Bookmarks ..
Every couple of months I export my bookmarks to my HD to Keep just in case

Make a backup of your profile (which you should always do anyhow), and

I have just installed Seamonkey 2.13.2 on my desktop computer with
Windows XP. When I currently go into my e-mail page there is a message
on the bottom which states "Welcome to Seamonkey Mail and Newsgroup
program. Is there any way to get rid of this message so
I have been observing two different ways in which SeaMonkey seems slow.
When I launch SeaMonkey, my home page is my exported bookmarks.html file
on my local hard drive. I see this home page almost immediately.
However, I cannot scroll, launch a Find dialogue popup, select anything
from the menu
I thought I installed SeaMonkey 2.14 yesterday (Dec 1), but I get this
notice today to install it. What did I install instead???
I have been rejecting two VERY LARGE items that I do not need,
pertaining to music and film, for several months. Were these slipped by
under my nose??? Can I check

I received two quick responses, and one of them disappeared right after
I read it. I think the question was whether right-clicking on the Inbox

I'm relatively new to the seamonkey newsreader and I'm trying to make
peace with it. I'm just about there except for one feature I need, and
that is a way to distinguish read from unread posts. Among the
user-selectable column headers there is a category, "read", which

Windows 7 systems without any problems. I recently updated to 2.16.1 on
both systems and all was okay. I then updated to 2.16.2 on both systems
and the update worked fine on the Windows 7 system and bombed on the

Just been updated : web sites and e-mail now
appear two zoom steps larger. What has happened ?

When are you going to make a version for android(for crying out loud)? I
would ditch all other browsers to have seamonkey with seamonkey mail.

In the most recent update to Seamonkey (2.20), there is now a notification
window that shows up in the lower right portion of the screen. How do I make
that go away? I don't really care how many new messages there are.
I'm using XP Pro if that makes any difference.

I have been having a problem and have even taken off seamonkey and
redownloaded the newest version and yet everytime I fire it up it locks up
my computer. I have a vista computer with a 32bit operating system, 2 gigs
of memory, and 140 gig harddrive. The version of seamonkey I have is 2.15.

hi, i am having a problem reading my emails in SeaMonkey with my screen
reader, using the navigation keys. Every time i try to do so, it states,
that there is a blank page. is this a bug?

Windows 7, Seamonkey 2.22.
A right click on a file offers "send to - mail recipient". Assume
Seamonkey is not in use. The e mail part of Seamonkey does not start up
with a new composition and file attached even when it is the chosen e
mail client.

SeaMonkey 2.22.1
Very often, the seamonkey.exe process fails to die when I shutdown
SeaMonkey. I usually shut it down by selecting the X in the upper-right
corner of the window. Several minutes later, I cannot relaunch
SeaMonkey without first using Ctrl-Alt-Delete and

main page anymore. I had to do a search to

release date). :(
