It's the Windows TIFF IFilter in Control panel, Programs and Features,
Turn Windows features on or off.

You might try opening the PDF directly from within Virtual View, as performing
OCR on a screen shot (which will already be of poor resolution) isn't likely to
give you much useful feedback.

If you haven't deleted it, your shortcut should be in your recycle bin. You

Well, I didn't find exactly what any of you said, but I went into
Administrative Tools and unchecked three cyberlink things, two of
which the screen said, and I unchecked Event Viewer. When I restarted
my computer, it said none of all that, so I think I fixed it. Yay!
