trouble adding the improveWayAccuracy plugin, but I think it's due to a
flaky internet connection. After 3 retries with Update Plugins, JOSM told

remarqué que pour bénéficier des toutes dernières parutions BING et de
la définition à 30 cm (estimation en comparaison de CRAIG), il faut
nécessairement dans les paramètres TMS mettre le niveau de zoom à 20.
