Se li selezioni basta che usi M. Se fai una passata con il Validatore
esso te li segnala come errori e premendo correggi ci penserà lui a
fonderli.

commons.wikimedia.org :

QGis + OpenLayers... ça ne te donnera accès qu'à des tuiles, toujours en
résolution normale et donc inadapté à l'impression.
Je fais ça directement avec mapnik, en ligne de commande avec nik2img et en
bonus c'est la feuille de style osmfr qui est utilisée.
Exemple: nik2img.py osmfr.xml
si tu mets :

ça a l'air de marcher.

Quel nom doit-on mettre dans OpenStreetMap pour qualifier les cours d'eau ?
Je pencherais pour le nom qui est dans la base Sandre, avec un tag alt_name
pour les autres orthographes.
Exemple, l'Aygues (Vaucluse) s'écrit Eygues ou Aigues ou Aigue ou Aygues.
Sur wikipédia c'est Eygues et sur Sandre
Pour le nom, je ne vois pas trop comment en choisir un plutôt qu'un autre.
Le Sandre st une référence utilisable, mais pas exempte d'erreurs non plus,
y compris dans leur chainage (j'en ai signalé une, a-t-elle été corrigée ?
je n'ai jamais eu de retour).
Ca vient d'où ces 12m ?

validation par les gestionnaires locaux), mais il n'est pas exempt
d'erreurs ... dans le cas de l'Eygue, il y a même 2 écritures dans le
sandre: Eygues jusqu'à la confluence avec la Saule, et Aigues à l'aval !
