Si ce sont des places réservées aux handicapés, le stationnement est interdit à tous (access=no), sauf aux porteurs du macaron (disables=yes me semble bizarre comme tag, ou handicaped=yes)... En général ce ne sont que quelques places mais pas tout le parking qui l'inclut et n'a donc pas access=no.

Dear US OSMers, for historical reasons, the layout of data for the USA on the Geofabrik download server has always been a bit peculiar: There wasn't a file for "all of the US" - there was a file for North America (including Canada and Mexico), and then there were files for the "Census Regions"

From a pedagogic point of view I would consider that suboptimal, no to mention that it would be endless. For anybody that is going to contribute more than once (and iDs tutorial does a good job of guiding through that), we want them to learn the basic concepts of OSM and enable them to extend
