Si ce sont des places réservées aux handicapés, le stationnement est interdit à tous (access=no), sauf aux porteurs du macaron (disables=yes me semble bizarre comme tag, ou handicaped=yes)... En général ce ne sont que quelques places mais pas tout le parking qui l'inclut et n'a donc pas access=no.
