Merci Bruno. Je m'étais basé sur la page licence FAQ d'OSM pour
demander une permission écrite au gestionnaire des données, mais ton
courriel pose clairement le problème, à savoir que la licence CC
paternité 4.0 est incompatible avec OdBL. Je vais faire suivre au
gestionnaire des données

Cloumade's site (1) which is quite interesting and usable but has
limited functionality IMO.

I think you have everything tagged properly. A possible change would
be playground -- pitch, but the rendering challenge remains. That
makes this a rendering problem for a specific use case I think.
Without broad support, whatever the rendering solution, it is less
likely to be adopted
