Thanks TM’ers!
I have come to the conclusion that we are all pretty much in the same boat.
I don’t look for much improvement now, although it has been the last
year and a half to two years that I have seen definite improvement in being
able to have some fairly dry nights. It seems to run in
and
feet so bad i couldn't stand it.
but tomorrow will be better!

Hi Patti,
I was prone to uti's before and after tm. Then I read somewhere (maybe
here?) that when you think you are finished voiding, bend over so you're facing
the floor and try to go more. 99.9% of the time I go a lot more;this fully
empties the bladder and you get fewer uti's.

Sally,
You are absolutely right! The bladder and bowels cah be affected in several

I have a spastic flaccid bladder. My bladder slowly fills till it contains
almost a litre of urine, then, all of a sudden, urinate
My spinal mylopathy took out my ability to relax the bladder
sphincter. If I didn't cath often enough the detrusers would spasm
and force the urine past the sphincter until they were satisfied [but
not emptied.] Eventually, the demand to cath was on twenty minute
intervals.
