Hi guys
I've just updated my Touch to 762 r9545 and Triode's wonderful app has
disappeared off the 3rd party list. What gives?

Strange. It's prompting me to update to 7.7.2, reinstalling Triode's
app, then asking to go back to 7.6.2!!, removing his app in the process.
Any ideas anyone?

I use the USB digital output of the Touch (ethernet) to feed an
Audiophilleo1 (AP1). I installed the enhanced digital output applet as

I find it is a subjective improvement instead of using the digital spdif
output of the Touch.

AFAIK in SB products 16bit files get transformed by padding least
significant bits with zero bits so they are in 24bit format.

I suspect this but was not sure because sometimes 16/44 was displayed on
the AP1's screen, sometimes 24/44 when playing 16

Interesting concept, currently they are cut out using a laser cuter
rather than a 3d printer which is going to be more expensive as it will
have to be developed further and the general process is more complex i
belive so will likely push up costs.

Just don't activate the automatic rescan. I've done this exact setup for
a friend of mine, and that function is broken on the Synology package.
Even the manual rescan doesn't work the first time, you always have to
launch it twice. Errors in the log seem to indicate that the scanner
process is too

This came up in the Beta testing phase, we got new retail units and even
though previous units all had chrome stands, it took some people a while
to realise it wasn't meant to be blue. To be fair, there was also two
layers of protective plastic on these first units, the first layer was
easy to rem

edo mods + tt3.0 +sbgk (both using mf vlink 192) I think you need to
have the bass of 0.5 and the detail of 0.6.

I checked to see that Pandora was an app. I even un-installed it and
re-installed it and it does not show up in LMS.

The EDO applet only runs under LMS 7.7 and up. It sounds like your local
server is running 7.6.2, you won't see ED

In the EnhancedDigitalOutput.lua file, does it matter what name the
alsaPlaybackDevice is called. The device is named "VLink" in some of
the other files. The default name in the EnhancedDigitalOutput.lua file
is "default". Should it be changed to VLink in that lua file or is the

I was happily using EDO, then decided to give TT3 a try in addition. I
found it too difficult to set up TT3 correctly, so I reset the factory
settings, and re-installed EDO. Now however the Enhanced Digital Output
warning does not appear at the top of the screen, and I've lost its
functions. I
