Sim, o simple-ccsm deve ser simples, como o nome indica (nunca usei). Tem o
compizconfig-settings-manager que eu uso aqui, e ele tem bastante
configurações. Ele instala um novo item no Sistema Preferências.

eu comprei uma impressora HP Officejet J3680 All-in-One, daquela que é
telefone, fax, scanner, copiadora e dizem que imprime. Ai é que tá, eu nâo
estou conseguindo imprimir.
Quando eu pluguei o cabo USB, o SO reconheceu na hora, mas quando eu tentei
imprimir uma página de teste, não
Olá amigos instalei os codecs no ubuntu 8.10, mas o meu player toda vez que
vou rodar rmvb aparece erro: could not open required codec direcshow... mas
mesmo assim ele roda o vídeo...mas o que incomoda é essa bendita
mensagem...por que ela está aparecendo, sendo que os vídeos rolam beleza?

O melhor na minha opinião é o VMWare, mas de longe o menos opensource.

existe é o melhor para a SUA aplicação !

VMWare é a melhor opção para sirtualização de servidores atualmente, mas não

bugs estranhos tipo esse que você descreveu. Hoje uso o Thunderbird que
melhorou bastante (principalmente a extensão lighting, que não
funcionava corretamente aqui) de uns tempos para cá. Mas voltando ao
