I'm also getting this, random connection drops and generally intermittent wireless connectivity. I'm suspecting some interaction with power management is the issue, as I get random connection drops when running with power, but not when running from battery. I.e. the opposite of Gavindi in #86.

Okay, so I think I have found the issue. It has nothing to do with the ath9k drivers, it appear to have everything to do with the stock kernel that came with my Linux distro. How that works, I don't know. After finals today I had some time to kill so I downloaded and compiled the 2.6.33 kernel.
