Сделал, как ты сказал.
Сначала fdisk убил, что было, создал один раздел.
Потом mkfs создал на этом винте раздел в ext4
Далее mount /mnt/store-1 /dev/sdb
И оно даже сработало, ибо:

/dev/sda1 141G 48G 86G 36% /
/dev/sdb 147G 188M

Нет, до этого, когда у меня второй винт был в ext2 (на нём старая убунту
стояла) при загрузке системы я видел в Переход, что у меня есть ещё
один винт. При клике на него, у меня спрашивали мой пароль админа и
тогда открывали его, как винт. После моих экспериментов с фдисками и
мкфс-ами в Переходе

А какая разница?
Всё правильно: /dev/sdb - блочное устройство. /dev/sdb1 - раздел на блочном
устройстве. mkfs умеет делать файловую систему на любом блочном устройстве
(хоть /dev/ramX) - так что создание разделов в данном случае необязательно.
Это - скорее традиция. Однако, если захочется переразбить - вот тут

Hello, again... Looks like this problem has already been fixed in the
MIT krb5 developpement tree. The way they did it is more clean than mine
:)
So using my patch is only a workaround until Debian rebuild their
package against a newer krb5 release.

sudo /etc/init.d/samba start

I am sorry I am unable to follow your commands because I have chosen
another solution that worked for me. I have figured out that problem was
in /var/lib/dpkg/info preinstall and postinstall files (they had 0bytes
length and almost all related packages had the same problem) and
I also confirm this bug.
After changing the ntfs partitions in /etc/fstab from umask=007 to umask=000
and adding the line: usershare owner only = false to the global section in
/etc/samba/smb.conf my problem was solved.
But a normal user won't understand this at all, and we want to create a
