CTRL+ALT+T - shortcut to open Terminal is does not work
To manage notifications about
Experienced this problem after accidental Super + P combo.
Now, no more volume Up or Down and Ctrl + Alt + T is recast as duplicate
tab in FireFox or if FireFox is not running nothing happens.
Bizarre and very, very frustrating.

Seems odd that an initial 14.04, amd64 install is needed since the
14.04.2 and 14.04.3 installs fail.

'monitoring-plugins' as there is no 'nagios-plugins' in Debian anymore.

using, but Ubuntu does not include a '/usr/bin/yum' ... so your

I got also hit with the problem on Debian Jessie VM [virtio] (KVM host
is Jessie as well).
