Debian has supported ARM for years, so most of Ubuntu is already there.
It's just a case of porting over than special Ubuntu magic and hundreds of

Everything seems to be patched quite quickly and a .1 release seems to follow
shortly that solves most of the release day problems.

the impression that HDCP was integral and compulsory with
HDMI hardware, if you can turn such nonsense off why would you ever turn
it on?

Looks like a real bargain, does anyone have any more details on the
system spec? What motherboard does it have?
One of the reviews on ebuyer said the motherboard will support SATA
drives even though the machine has a PATA one. This is good new for
upgrades.
