Re[2]: 3 Operators - /sendsms/I suggest you also adding denied-smsc-id to each
smsc group. This will prevent from sending SMSs through other centres in case

Example:

allowed-smsc-id = a
group = smsc
smsc-id = b
allowed-smsc-id = b
group = smsc
smsc-id = c

Hello,
is there a chance that sendsms can be used with param from="SANTA
CLAUS"? In the documentation i see that it should be string but when i
try to set kannel barks that 'from' is not a number.
Thanks,

larify: by using PAM authentication, the sendsms users can be managed at
system level and be added/removed without restarting Kannel. Furthermore,
since PAM supports a myriad of authentication modules, Kannel could
authenticate against any of them (for example, LDAP).

Hello,
I am using Kannel 1.4.1 with a Multitech GSM modem as my SMSC, all seems to
work well, i.e. I can send, receive and process SMS messages fine.
I am noticing that when I send a number of SMS messages in rapid succession
using sendsms they tend to be processed out of sequence in the smsbox

Hi,
I've experienced weird problem:

Hi Remon,
If you're using the HTTP interface to send SMS messages then
Yes, there is a request parameter documented in the user guide.
There are also config parameters regarding routing (also documented).
