I am using version 2.0 of OpenOffice.org. My problem is :
I have never been able to close a OpenOffice document without the aid of Task
manager. My Operating system is Windows XP. I downloaded OpenOffice about 2
months ago.
I decided to remove it from my computer and perhaps re-loa

You probably downloaded the wrong file. OpenOffice normally runs on a
power PC. You need the Mac-OS version 10 and you must install the
X11-program that can be found on the CD/DVD that came with you PC.

Having spelling dictionaries for several languages is not a problem.
Specifying language for the text is huge problem - you would not get the
same functionality as competing platform offers, where you press hot-key
to indicate the language (or just type and word processor recognises the
