I don't know that OpenOffice.org has such a program. Two Linux
favourites are Evolution (in fact, a far more powerful and stable
program than Outlook) and Thunderbird (a far more user friendly program
than Outlook). I use all three.

everything and more that VISIO does. It can be directly linked to
Evolution emailer and PIM. You can take a look at it through most repos
or Sourceforge.net (If I remember correctly)
