wich file do you need to backup for vpopmail.
i use the mysql auth mod. but when i did copy everything back
after a crash he did not find the domains any more.
some one got a idea.
You didn't mention anything about the /var/qmail/control files or
/var/qmail/users/assign. These must be backed up as well.
NOTE: in the assign file, the UID/GID of the vpopmail.vchkpw user (or
whatever user you install vpopmail as) are in each entry. If these ids are
different on the new machi

vpopomail qmail etc installed on the backup and then use MX to do primary

On the mailserver1 you'll need to have qmail configured to receive mail for
your domain (or domains) and on mailserver2 also (basicly have all your
domains in $QMAILPATH/control/rcpthosts).
