This is a bit dependent on one's terminology. I am not sure if officially
there is a "swipe" gesture. If you go to the Voiceover practice area and do
a quick 1-finger flick left, right, up or down Voiceover will call this a
flick. If you use a 3-finger what I would call more of a "swipe"

Since there's currently no way to move by paragraph, all you can do is select
multiple lines until you've selected the whole paragraph, and then cut and
paste.

This morning I saw a tweet from LifeHacker discussing a new version of this
app called Draft. It's one of many note taking apps out there but what
attracted me to it was the fact that when you open it, you are immediately
