The results are read by VoiceOver since the three finger quadruple tap works for copying the text, but it doesn'stay the screen, so I doubt the braille display will show it, though I have not tried that yet. I wrote the developer suggesting he make it so braille displays can read the results.

It is not correct about an Apple TV and a keyboard. AppleTV fourth-generation works with Bluetooth keyboards and voiceover. Probably not with the braille display, although I don't know that for absolutely sure. As for doing other things while watching Netflix or DirecTV, I don't think you can.
