Glad you got it working. I have a couple hundred contacts and use the table

Gld you got things working again. I don't use the table index, so I actually
forgot it was there. I just use the letter headings to move through my
contacts. It works well for me, but I'll have to give the table index a shot.

Ah, yes. I couldn't figure out what issue the original poster was talking

It's irratic when scrolling down by heading. It consistantly skips the

Hi Sherry,
Try restarting your phone, and then try deleting the voicemail again. If it
still won't delete, it's possible to call your voicemail manually; you might be
able to delete it from there. Contact your carrier to find out what number to
dial to check your voicemail manually.

I finally updated my IPhone 5s to the newest version of IOS. Doing this

Used to be when I wanted to delete text messages, I would tap the one I
wanted to delete, swipe up for Delete then double tap to delete.
With the release of iOS 12, this slow down issue was supposedly largely

Having used both phones for a while, Apple phones do notisably slow down
over time, where as android doesn't. So even if you don't get the latest
updates, you still have a phone as quick as it was the day you bought it.
You can't say that about apple.
