Voiceover gestures for going to the bottom of the list in a big long scroll area

2017-01-28 Thread Mary Otten
Hi all, I think there is something to do with a four finger tap to get you to the top or the bottom of a big long list. I never use it. In order to get to the top, I always double tap with a single finger up in the status bar, and it works every time like a charm. However, for getting to the lis

Mary, you want to do a 4 finger single tap on the bottom half of the screen, and this should take focus to the bottom of the list. Take care. > On Jan 28, 2017, at 7:08 PM, Mary Otten wrote: > > Hi all, I think there is something to do with a four finger tap to get you to > the top or the bot

Hi Paul, OK. I guess what I want doesn't exist. That for finger single tap just goes to the bottom of the screen. I want to go to the bottom of the whole business, like what happens when you do a single finger tap in the status bar and you're taking back from wherever you are up to the very top

Hi Mike, That's nice. But not relevant, since I'm talking about an iPhone, not a Mac. Maybe Apple will let us have customized gestures at some point in the future. Mary Sent from my iPhone > On Jan 29, 2017, at 11:45 AM, Mike Arrigo wrote: > > On my macbook, I actually made up two custom gest

Hi Mary, So I just tried to reproduce your problem. I didn’t realize that the list had the tabs across the bottom. From within the “Listings” tab, I focus on the Listings button, and flick left and my focus is now at the bottom of the listing of channels. I’m not sure why this is not working fo

Well, after further experimentation, I really don't know what is going on. It has actually worked once or twice to put me at the bottom where I wanted to be with the foreign-language channels. Other times, no dice. I have no idea why this might be. It's very weird. Mary Sent from my iPhone >
