However, I get a prompt, from Facebook Messenger, to open the message
on my mobile device, and, 'your One Time Code is...' and then no
digits. I can't find where the message is.

Maybe that’s why it seems to cut off though it happens at times after only a
few seconds; maybe it’s how I’m holding the phone.
