I know that TVLand has been a hot topic on here at times, but I have to say
that I had a great six weeks this summer with Andy on the channel each
weekday morning, then I had a great day cleaning house all day today while
listening/watching Andy. I have played my DVD's all day on a holiday such
Hello, Fellers,
I've noticed a few things lately that are preying on my mind:
1. In the show when Sheldon was going to give Opie a black eye if he didn't
hand over a nickel, I noticed that Andy's bedroom has an opening like a
walk-out patio in it - he was near it when Opie showed up to give hi
For 19 1/2 years I had an orange tabby cat named Opie. He was truly my best
friend. When I had to have him euthanized due to renal failure, I was
devastated. It took a long time to get over it, but it's finally better.

I agree with Johnna from Fayetteville. I was excited to buy People magazine,
but when I saw how little space they gave our dear Andy, I put it right back.
I don't even know Katie and Tom's problem, but it doesn't deserve more space
than the passing of a true entertainment legend. Yes, so sad.
Just heard the news - Andy Griffith passed this morning. We're never ready for
it, are we? Andy was the best - still the best show on TV in my opinion. His
show has influenced my family and me in more ways than we can count. When we

There was the doctor (played by "Fr. Mulcahy") who took out Opie's tonsils and
Andy was leary of the operation from an inexperienced doctor.
Barney was Dr. Pendike selling Miracle Salve. Does that count?

Congrats to the Dillards for their accomplishments. I feel compelled to
share a story about them. On July 5, 2008, I attended the Sally Mountain

I had an orange tabby cat, Opie. He joined my household when he was six

I was so excited to see Waitress last weekend! I REALLY enjoyed it. I have to
