Here is what is in the emails that are getting tagged bad;X-Spam-Score: -2.6 X-Spam-Report: -2.6 BAYES_00 BODY: Bayesian spam probability is 0 to 1% [score: 0.0000]
If you can't see any header in the email called 'X-MessageIsSpamProbability' then you aren't looking at email that has passed through your James server!
There is something else processing your email or you are looking at the wrong server! Find that and I suspect you will have found the cause of your trouble. It looks from the details you sent that something is running SpamAssassin? Is that processing emails before or after James?
