To build out of the box, it should be none - libtool, like autoconf,
produces scripts that are embedded in the tarballs you ship - you
only need them to produce the scripts when you are making changes
to the code yourself.    (Which is why we need them to build X,
since we take the upstream sources, apply our changes, and then
need to regenerate the scripts from the templates we modified.)
