  I'm hoping that we can get to a more sophisticated form of software
  delivery--like a package repository, say--as an outcome of the
  Indiana/modernization efforts.  In that case, the accessibility of
  the CCD would increase dramatically.  (Although, I think the costs of
  having two identically-run consolidations is expensive and silly, so
  we should probably examine the CCD and SFW separation, too, as a
  distinct issue from what components are delivered where.)
