OGB, and all of OpenSolaris, are leveraging the Sun Paid lawyers. If OGB (or whatever) wants to pay their own lawyers, they are welcome too. Then again, until (if?) a OpenSolaris reference distribution exists, this seems to be a hypothetical issue. - jek3
