Further, how it could favour one "community" over another is a bit
unclear to begin with.  Aren't communities made up of wives, fathers,
daughters, grandparents, cousins once removed, paternal uncles, etc.,
who all have different rights under different laws in re inheritance,
maintenance (alimony), marriage, etc.?  To unify all their interests
in all these different matters into a "community interest" which is
privileged over another's would be a bit difficult.
