I am the same Sol, I actually don't drink that much, *or* pee that much but I do suffer from constipation, which is, I think, my only ill, I am happy to say. Even when I was drinking gallons of water (Weightwatchers regimen) it made no difference to this. I have enjoyed this debate though because I do like to get all aspects of a subject objectively, and then one can make an informed choice I feel. Dee
