Ruth, I didn't notice the attachment in my reply to cleaning fridges until after it was sent and I reviewed the message. Turns out it was old HTML stuff left over from your post.
Can you try to turn off html in your client. As Mike D recommends on the home page, html increases the length of the message and costs more to store.
