Yes Debbie, To be comfortable in hot weather one has to perspire or sweat. So: * Stop using underarm deodorants which block that process; this may take a few months for your body to correct. * Drink sufficient water for urine to be almost water clear during the day. Approx 2 litres per day. Don't count tea, coffee etc because they "steal" water from the body tissues * Taking hot water with crushed or grated fresh ginger first thing in the day and throughout the day too. Start off really small quantities to make a weak "tea" or infusion. No sugar, no milk. May add a squeeze of fresh lemon.
I also take cayenne powder to boost my temperature control system. Again, start off slowly with this, say 1/4 teaspoon and chase with water.
