I have turned off most of the rads in my apt too because my lungs dry up and I
get bronchitis. I find most heat stifling because it chokes me so I sleep with
all the windows open. I prefer to sit in my apt with my fuzzy socks and a
blanket on the couch than sit in a hot apt. When my boyfriend cuddles up to me
at night he radiates and warms me up like a furnace. Sounds like lung issues
and dry air from your description.

While we are on the subject of heat. Winter does not really bother me at
all. I don't love it but it doesn't bother me like summer does. I dread summer
like others dread winter. Does anyone know of a herb or something that I could
take to help get thru the summer months?
