Thats pretty much what I found, so, lets start from scratch:

user 1251 I want to dial out of the 'utah' gateway (local, LD, toll free, doesn't matter) user 1259 I want to dial out of the WPB gateway (local, LD, toll free, doesn't matter)

if you have two toll plans, and digits will match both, and (randomly) the first one that it hits gets permission error, and it never rolls over to one it has permission on, how would you get this to work?

(and how do you diagnose it!)
