Ok, I've got a snapshot of before and after the phone dropped.

A call came in at 9:14, lasted 12 minutes, then cut out. The caller said they
could hear us but we could not hear them.
Then we looked at the registered users and that phone was no longer registered,
it had been dropped. It didn't seem to re-register itself so I manually
rebooted it. It probably would have re-registered after a while.

I didn't get the chance to set it to debug of course because I wasn't testing
at the time it happened.

I'm sorry if I wasn't clear on this but yes, the merge didn't work.

I'd love to provide more information but since I've not solved the merge issue,
I don't have much to go on yet.
This seems to have happened to someone else, maybe it's a bug that is more
important than only myself experiencing a problem, I don't know.
