I would agree with that! I did not catch what Dist they were getting them from? I get mine from ECOMM and they have been pretty good for the most part. I dont like the idea of having a bad unit and they charge your card for the repalcement ahead of time then refund you when they get the non working one back??? Seems backwards to me I pitched a fit and got them to send me an APPO in advance exchange liek their warranty clearly states without being charged 1st then charge me if I dont send it back within 10 days. This was after I ordered two new APPO's and one I recieved was a used unit sent back for repair!
