My concern is that with all we've invested in these products (and I really
like them) distributors might start to drop them.  Think about it, if you
were Ecomm would you want all this hassle?

I would rather SB recall or at least put a hold on all shipments until they
get this issue fixed.  I would rather use another CPE product that works so
I don't look like a dumb a** to my clients by using beta products that
simply aren't yet ready.

I would switch back to SB as soon as the units are again working.
