Well said, you definitely should have some basic background in TCP/IP
routing to really understand MT.  At first I was somewhat dependent on the
GUI of Winbox, but I'm leaning more towards using the CLI now since I can
get things done quicker that way, plus it's easy to SSH in and do things
remotely rather than use Winbox.

As for support.  Any question I've ever had (so far) has been answered in
their manuals or FAQs on the Web site.  Some things were hard to track down,
but they were always there once I searched enough.  Go MT!
