Ok, point taken it should have a scroll bar (I don't have a suitable hw
configuration to test this now but will look into it later).
But did it cause some harm? I mean it should create the linux image in
silo.conf anyway, no matter which one you choose as default.
And in any case you can boot any image you want from the SILO command line.

What kind of installation was it? CD-ROM or FTP/HTTP/NFS/HDD, and what was
your boot method (boot cdrom or boot net or boot floppy)?
