I think sprinklers are now known as 21.xx.xx (it's a six-place number system). We had it all figured out and then CSI went and TOTALLY mucked it all up. This, of course, is how they stay in business and keep selling MasterFormat.

When you see a spec. in DIV. 13, but you local code is NFPA 13 2007, know that Fire Sprinklers were no longer in Div. 13 when 2007 was adopted, and may not include all its changes and provisions.
