Change order is going to be a tough sell, since NFPA 13, 2007 8-15.5
references ASME A17.1 so often, that it could be easy to say, you should
have known what it requires.

Unfortunately I don't have access to that Standard, would it be a big pain
in the @$$ to email me that one section? Another question I have is if the
plans were approved by the Architect, Engineer, and local AHJ with the line
passing through the room wouldn't that at least be grounds for a possible
change order?
